Program Description
The St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship program has been active since 1984, making it the oldest and one of the most respected programs of its kind.
To be able to apply for this program you should be at least 18 years of age, in good health, and without a criminal record. Additionally, you are required to make a non-refundable donation to the Sustainable Growth Fund or make an investment in government-approved real estate projects.

Sustainable Growth Fund
Single applicant: US$150,000
Applicant with up to 3 dependents: US$150,000 (LIMITED TIME OFFER ONLY)
Additional dependents: US$10,000 each
Real Estate Investment
A second option is to invest in Government-approved property:
– invest US$ 400,000 into a private property and hold it for five years, or
-invest US$ 200,000 as partial ownership and hold it for seven years.
